Psalm 94:20-23
20 Can wicked rulers be allied with you, those who frame<a class=”fn” href=”http://logoscreative.co/api/bcp-reading.php?passage=Ps.%2094%2C95#f2-1″ id=”fb2-1″ title=”Or fashion“>2 injustice by statute?
21 They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.
22 But the LORD has become my stronghold, and my God the rock of my refuge.
23 He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness;
the LORD our God will wipe them out
1st Timothy 2:1-4
2:1 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, 2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. 3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
